A friendly female roommate is needed for a two bedroom split-level townhouse walking distance from UAB (near the corner of 17th street and 14th avenue). The townhouse has 1.5 bathroom, a small backyard to garden and is also furnished except your bedroom. It also includes washer/dryer and is in safe neighborhood. Cleanliness and maintenance of the property is very important , so would like some one who is clean and disciplined in that aspect.

The rent would be $450/month with $450 as security deposit. The lease can be from month-to-month or yearly, depending on your needs. The utilities (water, power, cable, and internet) is not included in the rent, but will be shared between the tenants.

My name is Sunil Gaikwad. MBBS graduate from India. I'm an incoming student of UAB School of Public Health; joining MPH in Health care Organization for Fall 2014.
I am coming in Birmingham on Aug 18, 2014.
I am looking for an apartment to share.
Nearer to UAB School of Public health the better.
I am willing to spend $250-350 incl of utilities and water bills.

I am an incoming female graduate student starting from fall'2014. I am looking for roommate as well as a two bedroom apartment near UAB campus. Although I am muslim but I am very respectful to other religious people and I do not have any problem sharing with other female students. I like pet very much but as I want to concentrate my study fully with no interruption during my graduation life so I do not want to stay with pet.I am very neat and clean person;friendly;social and not so much talkative. I want my roommate as like me. I like to sleep at late night. Sometimes I like to cook some delicious food as this is one of my hobby.
