[destinationuab] room for sublease

Hi you guys,

I'm Anh Do, a 2nd year master student in Epi at UAB.
I am looking for a girl to sublease my room at University House at 1300 3rd Avenue South Birmingham. It's around 10 minutes for walking to school of public health.

Here's some information: Furnished bedroom (queen-size bed, study table and chair, large mirrors), private bathroom (with bath tub). Shared fully furnished and spacious living room and kitchen. Water, sewage, electricity, TV cable, and high speed internet (upload 12 Mbps, download 12Mbps) included in the rent of $550/mo. The apt complex (University House) also offers free access to a well-equipped gym, a large swimming pool, several computer labs with free printers (you bring your own paper though), nice study rooms, and a nice club house with a pool, a ping pong table, and a large screen HDTV. Tenant must be female. Quiet roommates. Can move in as soon as at the beginning of January. The sublease contract must go from January 1st to the 31st of July.
