I just got a project in Birmingham with BBVA Bank. Its a 6 months project with strong possibility of extension. I need accomodation and I am ok with sharing. The car is in good condition and has not given me any trouble till date. I am the 2nd owner of the car.
The details are
Hyundai Accent - 2002, Red color, 2 Dr Coupe Mileage - 83,300
Car tires are new and plenty of tread left
New duralast gold brakes, rotors,
timing belt and water pump changed few months back
Minor dings and minor paint flaking.
The engine light remains on but after showing it to Autozone and Firestone many times, they have said it is nothing significant and are sure there is no obvious problem. Autozone says it is the gas cover and I have changed it.

Car make/model: 2001 Honda Civic Coupe LX

Asking Price: $5,600 (negotiable)

Mileage: 97,981 (mostly freeway, at least ever since I have had it)

Color: Bright Red with beautiful beige interiors and comfortable seats

Number of persons who owned this car: 2 (Including myself and the previous owner)

Condition: Good condition; everything under the hood has been well cared for. Aesthetically, the car is perfect except for a small scratch on the bottom right corner of the front bumper (See photos). The scratch existed when I purchased the car from the previous owner. However, the scratch is very small and it does not affect the overall appearance of the car or its movement. Apart from this, the car was owned by non-smokers and non-pet owners and the interiors are extremely clean, tidy and well kept. The seats are very comfortable and the car has alloy wheels.

Maintenance: There are no mechanical issues with the car and it has run perfectly and smoothly without giving me any problems. I recently replaced the batteries with brand new ones and did an oil change. However, the wipers and coolant for the air conditioner need replacement. The wipers would cost you approximately $20 and the coolant costs somewhere around $65 (I would have done it myself but I have been really busy moving to my new place). Apart from these, the car is perfect! Car's tape/radio, brake lights, headlights and tail lights work perfectly as well.

Vehicle Identification Number (if you want to run a CarFax): I can provide this to you via e-mail/phone should you request it.

Additional Comments: I was a student at the University of Alabama and moved to Massachusetts for my work. Initially, I thought that I would need a car and got it a new Massachusetts license plate (so it now has a Massachusetts License Plate). But, when I moved, I realized that I did not need a car and hence, did not bring it with me and now, want to sell it for the correct price. The car has had a number of regular checkups (I was always careful about it and it was one of my topmost priorities when I purchased this car from my car's previous owner). It's the perfect car for you irrespective of whether you live in a city or a suburb and superb on gas (easily gets over 30 MPG and, on the highway, goes up to 37 MPG).

Final Comment: I am interested in selling my car to someone who really wants to consider buying this car and would take good care of it. Genuine callers only. I am sure it is extremely difficult to get a clean titled Honda or a Corolla having less than 100K miles on it since these cars are known to easily go up to 300K without any problems. I would not have sold had I not had to move for my job.
