[destinationuab] Seeking a roommate for 2 Bed 1.5 bath townhouse

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse. My current roommate is moving out and I would like some one to take up his bedroom.
The total rent is $700 per month. Utilities are separate.

The house is located in Southside and well within walking distance to most of UAB.
