Hello Everyone, 

I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 1 bath apt located near walking distance of UAB.

My current roommate is moving out and I would like some one to take up his bedroom.

The rent will be is $275 per month + utilities (electricity, internet). You don't have to sign any lease.

The apt  address is "1501, 15th Ave S APT 11, Birmingham 35205" (Laurengayle apt).
