[destinationuab] Nominations for AIS 2013-14

Hey fellas, coffee hour is the last event for this academic year by AIS. It is time for a new committee to take over AIS and keep its activities running. 

If you would like to nominate yourself, please send in your nominations to mannu.iitkgp@gmail.com by May 10th, 2012. Please mention the post you would like to run for and the department you are in at UAB. 

Please note that the nominations would be for the following posts:

1. President
2. Vice-President
3. Secretary
4. Treasurer
5. Web-Admin
6. Social Chair
7. Sports Officer
8. Alumni Relations Officer 

IMPORTANT:
1. Only one nomination per person is allowed.
2. In a worst scenario with no nominations, the AIS organization will be dissolved. (The organization needs at least a President, a Secretary and a Web Admin to remain active)

We highly encourage all the Indians at UAB to nominate themselves. It does not take more than 20-30 hours of your time to be a part of the AIS committee.
