[destinationuab] Roomate

Hi There,

I am from India, undergrad student at UAB business school and currently looking for a roommate starting fall 2013. If Any one interested please let me know, I will be glad to do the apartment hunting. I am sure each one of you would be looking for a reasonable accommodation, that's what my goal is. [destinationuab] Moving out sale

Hello everyone,

I am leaving Birmingham and have a few things to sell:
- 42 inch SAMSUNG plasma HDTV with unit ($200)
- Queen size mattress + box spring + bed frame ($100)
- Hoover Nanolite vacuum cleaner ($25)
- Holmes space heater ($25)

[destinationuab] Roommate needed

I am looking for a roommate for a two bedroom 1 bath apartment. The person will have his/ her own bedroom and can move in from 30th August.

Apartment complex is located in the same block as Snoozy's bookstore, Hoehn Engineering and UAB Alumni house. So it is practically on campus. Very secure. Has a pretty garden around.

Total Rent: $475/month (water is included)

Total power bill goes maximum to $40.

Total Internet: $20

So the share (rent+utilities) would be $268.

Heating in winter is by heating coils (gas) Hence the power bill does not rise. May have to pay total 20$/month for heating during winter months. But last winter this was not charged.
