[destinationuab] Roommate needed

Hi

I am looking for a roommate for a two bedroom 1 bath apartment. The person will have his/ her own bedroom and can move in from 30th August.

Apartment complex is located in the same block as Snoozy's bookstore, Hoehn Engineering and UAB Alumni house. So it is practically on campus. Very secure. Has a pretty garden around.

Total Rent: $475/month (water is included)

Total power bill goes maximum to $40.

Total Internet: $20

So the share (rent+utilities) would be $268.

Heating in winter is by heating coils (gas) Hence the power bill does not rise. May have to pay total 20$/month for heating during winter months. But last winter this was not charged.
