I am looking for a housemate for a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse. My current roommate is moving out and I would like some one to take up his bedroom starting January 2nd, 2014.

The total rent is $710 per month so your share will be $355 + Utilities.

The house is located in Southside at the intersection of 17th Street & 15th Avenue.
