Hi,

I need to pass over my lease of one bedroom one bathroom starting from January 1st, 2014. You will have a fully furnished single bedroom and your own bathroom, it is 3B/3B, you will share the apartment with two other UAB female students. It's located at 580 Palisades Drive,Birmingham,AL,35209. The rent per month is $444 including utilities. This room is only for FEMALES.

The apartment complex is called University Heights, you can check their website at http://birminghamstudenthousing.com/. The place is beautiful, the apartment is fully furnished, it is a gated community, the management is very friendly and responsive, you would have free access to the gym, game room, computer center, tennis court, swimming pool and much more.

I am moving out of Birmingham, so I need to pass on my lease, the lease is till July 2014.
