[destinationuab] Holi and GSA elections!

Dear UAB community member,

Just a reminder that the AIS is having a Holi event on Sunday, March 30th at UAB minipark. Light Indian snacks will be served from 11-11:30 am followed by colors. Please join us with your friends and family. This event is open to public- so your american/international friends are also welcome :)

On a different note, a few of our community members have been nominated for GSA board positions. 

Specifically, Rishab Kala for Budget Committee

                   Manoj Gottipati for Budget Committee
                   Karthik Manne for Vice President

We request all the graduate students at UAB to come and vote for them at the GSA Senate Meeting on April 2, 2014 at 5:00 PM (Volker Hall Room 302). Free dinner to follow at the meeting :P
