I am looking for a friendly female roommate to live at two bedroom split-level townhouse walking distance from UAB (near the corner of 17th street and 14th avenue). The townhouse has 1.5 bathroom, a small backyard to garden and is also furnished except your bedroom. It also includes washer/dryer and is in safe neighborhood. Cleanliness and maintenance of the property is very important , so would like some one who is clean and disciplined in that aspect.  

The lease can be from month-to-month or yearly, depending on your needs.
